Hazel Sugarman – Lens Replacement Multifocal IOL

My first phone call was to Eva who was very patient and explained everything. My first meeting was with Pawel who was courteous efficient and appeared caring which was reassuring. In the hospital I was cared for by Maureen who’s happy, confident manor put me at ease on both days. During the procedure a lady nurse held my hand and I was grateful for her reassuring touch when I was so nervous. The second day was much easier because I knew what to expect but the care was the same and I would like to thank everyone.

The surgeon Prof Martin Filipec was gentle, he explained everything before and after the procedure, I felt comfortable at all times. There was no pain or discomfort and I have been seen and tested and advised. I now have 20/20 vision. I cannot recommend this enough.
