My first inquiry to AVC was very tentative, but the reassuring and informative manner in which I was dealt with meant that I was comfortable enough to move on from that. At each subsequent stage – consultation, discussion of options, decision to proceed, preparation beforehand and actual operations, I was treated as someone very important and special to all AVC staff. The bespoke treatment certainly lived up to its name. Another vital aspect of the service is that at no stage did I feel under pressure to make any decision outside my comfort zone. I cannot describe what a difference Lens Replacement has made to me – yes life was good with specs, but now it is so much better!
