My first impressions of AVC were excellent as the receptionist in the call centre took the time to answer my initial queries as I was very fearful and nervous. I think if she hadnt, I’m not sure I would have gone ahead with booking an appointment. She put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence.

Following my consultation with the optometrists and Mr Pillai, I felt thoroughly confident and even excited about going through to having laser eye surgery! In fact, the idea of not going though by this point seemed ridiculous. Mr Pillasi and his team were excellent and I felt very safe and secure in their hands. Having laser eye surgery was one of the best things I have ever done. Mr Pillai successfully managed to correct my bad vision (-7.00 in each eye to 20/20) which nothing short of a miracle. I am so happy this opportunity came and with AVC it has really improved my life and couldn’t highly recommend you enough!
