Our next case study is a 46 year old professional entertainer that spends a lot of time travelling. He had researched the best surgeons and enquired with AVC. After attending the consultation he elected to have Lasik treatment. Due to dust getting in his eye he had a few problems but, with our excellent aftercare and our commitment to our patients, these were dealt with immediately so not to affect his busy schedule. He now has better than 20/20 vision and is ecstatic with the results.

From my first enquiry I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness . From the first contact right through to the surgery itself and follow up checks, Dr Pillai showed why he is considered the best in his field. The results from getting off the table were stunning and I could see the brickwork on the building opposite.
I did get a small piece of dust in my eye the day after surgery and experienced lots of watering of the eye and it was very painful, However I called the surgery and despite being in Yorkshire at the time was referred to Mr Pillai’s specialist in Leeds to check me out. I then travelled back to Harley street and saw Dr Pillai the following day and the next and the next. This was on the bank holiday weekend and Dr Pillai went out of his way to make sure I was fine so I could travel abroad and not miss my holiday.
The results are improving all the time and I now have better than 20;20 vision and some people say it has taken years off me!! I have already recommended my friends in Switzerland to visit Dr Pillai for their own surgery and they have arranged to come over to see him and his team. In 46 years I can not remember service such as I have had from Advance Vision Care. A very grateful and extremely pleased client.
